Randy Hart, AIAPrincipalI joined OAC in 1982 and shortly thereafter became a principal. I am a licensed architect and have over 30 years of experience working on all types of buildings. Over the past 25 years I have watched OAC change from a company that worked mainly in the public sector to a company with a nice balance in the public and private sectors.
While working here I have changed my focus from designing buildings to investigating failing buildings. Forensic architecture is a very interesting field and provides insight to how buildings are actually constructed and why they fail. Using the knowledge we have gathered from taking buildings apart we have developed a new area of expertise allowing us to assist and guide building owners, architects, and contractors in the effort to build buildings correctly. >> View Resume |
