New Building DesignFor new construction, we help the project team design effective and complete building enclosures. OAC can either assist the architect of record with production of architectural drawings and specifications or provide a stamped set of standalone enclosure drawings. |
Existing Building DesignFor existing buildings, OAC takes the findings of a forensic investigation and develops appropriate repairs. Our goal is to fix the underlying problem and create buildings that will last for many years to come. Design of existing building repairs is often coupled with forensic investigations done by OAC's Forensic Architecture & Engineering group. |
Construction ServicesDuring construction, we make periodic site visits to help verify that the design is correctly implemented. OAC documents site observations in field reports, reviews submittals, responds to questions and changes, attends construction meetings, and can certify projects for compliance with the Washington State Condominium Act. |
