Steve joins the OAC team with 31 years of industry experience working within the Puget Sound area. Over his career, Steve’s experience as an owner, construction manager, development manager, consultant, general contractor, and subcontractor gives him a unique viewpoint into the oversight, needs and priorities required to deliver successful projects. His experience includes over 3.5 million square feet of development and delivery of Microsoft office space from 1994 – 2001, as well as projects such as the Seattle Art Museum, Carillon Point, Wards Cove, Paramount Theater Renovation and Frontier Building Alaska. OAC has been selected to provide building enclosure services for the upcoming reclad of the Washington Center for the Performing Arts in Olympia, WA. The City of Olympia decided to fully reclad the building because its current barrier EIFS cladding has failed and has been leaking for several years. The new cladding will likely include rainscreen brick and metal panels with exterior insulation and a new continuous air and weather resistive barrier. OAC is partnering with MSGS Architects.
